My first meeting with Debbie Sisneros-Denk was a huge relief for me. I was visiting back home for the holidays and was headed back to Hawaii in less than 2 days when my renter fell thru. I didn't have to time to find a new renter and figured I'd be better off selling. I was so nervous and a little scared thinking I'd run out of time to get everything done. My mom gave me Debbie's name and number. I called Debbie and she told me to meet her at the house in about 2 hours. This was very reassuring because there was about 2 feet of snow outside but she was ready to get the ball rolling, just like I was. Once at the house she explained all the paper work that I needed to sign and explained all the steps from pricing the house, to getting it on the market, to doing the paper work via email and so on. She was so thorough and confident that the house would sell. I felt a million times better after our meeting and could make my trip back to Hawaii worry free.

Once we had offers on my house she was very helpful with advice on how we should proceed as well as very flexible about the times I could contact her, being that I was on a 4 hour time difference. The process as a whole was very easy and I know that it is because I had an awesome realtor who was very persistant and very understanding to my situation.

In June, 2007 I decided to put my house on the market and build a new home. I decided to interview three realtors and the first realtor I interviewed was Debbie Denk. I was very impressed with her knowledge of my neighborhood and with her positive can do attitude.

The housing market has been very bad recently for sellers and Debbie didn’t let that deter her from doing the best job she could to get my house sold. I had several friends who were trying to sell their homes at the same time I was and when I would tell them the things she was doing to sell my home they would say, “ why isn’t my realtor doing that.”

Needless to say my home sold before theirs did and at a better price. I believe that had to do with Debbie’s work ethic and motivation to get the job done. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
